Project Description

In association with Parkhill Smith & Cooper of Lubbock, Texas, Crossey Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and lighting design services for this performing arts centre.

The facility’s assembly spaces include a 2,200 seat concert hall, a secondary performance space for 450 fixed seats, and a multipurpose room. The concert hall was designed with removable seating in the lower bowl orchestra level such that the flat floor can be used for banquets or as a mosh pit for popular music.

The building includes lobby spaces, food services, backstage support areas and the local ballet school which is a permanent resident of the facility with 4 studios and associated support spaces.
