Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for the School of Global Affairs Building at the University of Toronto.

This project included renovations and an addition to the existing heritage Munk Centre building located at 315 Bloor Street West. The renovated building serves as a faculty office, administration office, graduate student space, and support space, which is comprised of meeting rooms, a library, student lounge, and kitchen and storage space.

CEL Gruen provided LEED consulting and energy modeling services. Energy efficiency and verification have been targeted as important features of the building by the client and CEL Gruen also provided measurement and verification services to meet the LEED requirements.

The total square footage of this project is approximately 46,000 sq. ft.
