Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided mechanical and electrical consulting services. This 82,000 sq.ft. facility was built for Durham College over 2 phases. Phase 1 includes the twin pad arena; Phase 2 includes a 25 meter competitive pool and all amenities. We are also providing LEED design for this project.  M&E Construction Costs:  $3 Million.
