We provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for this major renovation in the District of Toronto for Soulpepper Theatre Company and George Brown College. The building includes three flexible performance spaces of 260/360, 150/170, and 100 seats, and five studios. The building was designed with a limited budget, but included typical limitations on background noise levels for performance and studio space.
