The scope of work for the National Ballet School project included the Mechanical, Electrical, Site Servicing and Lighting Design and the Commissioning of these services. The project located in downtown Toronto involved the renovation of the Northfield House built in 1856 and the original Havergal School built in 1898 and the construction of a new 6 storey studio building. These three buildings will house 13 new dance studios, the Academic School, dressing rooms, kitchen, cafeteria and administration spaces. The project included the major renovation of the existing "CBC" facilities, as well as renovations for the Betty Oliphant performance space. The total value of the construction for this project was approximately $90 million. Completion Date: 2005 Client: National Ballet School.
