Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical and Mechanical Design services for this $10 million project, in accordance with University of Toronto standards, and developed by design team to exceed National Energy Code and ASHRAE 90.1 and meet CBIP requirements. To achieve energy savings this 120,000 sq.ft. green design facility included efficient lighting systems, variable speed pumping, efficient building skin, heat recovery on exhaust air and shading by fenestration. The scope of work included lighting, power distribution, emergency power, communications, life safety systems, HVAC, plumbing & drainage, site services and fire protection.  The M&E Construction Costs were $3 million.
