Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical Design for the renovation of the existing 1929 building for Canada Life.  Our work included the removal and replacement of electrical, life safety and lighting system throughout the complex.  The renovation was performed using a procedure which retains the heritage features of the building and yet brings the building up to the standards of a Class A office complex. 

This building is approximately 250,000 sq.ft. 

The project value is $23 Million.
