Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Mechanical and Electrical Design services for this new Performing Arts Centre in the Town of Richmond Hill. This project is for the design of a 500 seat theatre and 35,000 sq.ft. theatre building. Our design includes HVAC, Power, Plumbing, Lighting, Controls, Sprinklers, Data and Telecommunications Raceways, and Life Safety Systems. The Overall Construction Budget is $11 Million.
