Crossey Engineering provided electrical design services for the 75,000 sq. ft. renovation and 52,000 sq. ft. addition to the Rouge Valley Health Care Centre, Ajax Pickering Division. 

This project involved the design and construction of phased renovations including Ambulatory/Surgical and a new addition. The project includes the following program areas: Ambulatory Care, Laboratory, Cardiac Care, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Fracture Clinic, Administration, Emergency, Complex Continuing Care, Mental Health and a new Shipping/Receiving Department and Cafeteria/Food Services Facility.  

Overall Construction Costs:  $60 Million.
