Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided Mechanical, Electrical and Lighting engineering services for the Guelph Civic Administration Centre Complex which consists of a new City Hall building and the renovation of an existing heritage building into a POA courthouse. The total floor area for the project is approximately 175,000 sq.ft. The Mechanical and Electrical Design includes 400-tons of space cooling, space heating, humidification, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, storm water management, application for certificate of approval (air) to the Ministry of Environment, computer room HVAC design, electrical design, emergency generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), data communication infrastructure, and special custom lighting design. This project will be eligible for LEED certification.
