This project included a new administrative office complex of 350,000 sq.ft., 500,000 sq.ft. of parking and the integration into the facility of the existing 70,000 sq.ft. Ottawa Teachers College. We provided the entire Electrical Design for this project which also included a new council chamber, councillors lounge and retail area. In addition, we provided full site development including Cartier Square, which is the south part of the ceremonial route.
