Crossey Engineering has provided consulting services for tenant renovations at Cadillac Fairview's high-rise buildings located at 101 Bloor Street West, and numerous floors in 60 and 77 Bloor Street West.  .  Additionally we are the base building engineers for the 60 and 77 Bloor Street buildings.  We have designed new lighting systems, fire alarm systems and power distribution to base building standards.  The total square footage of the three buildings is approximately 900,000 sq.ft.  The construction cost for the tenant work we have completed in these buildings is estimated at several million dollars. 

We continue to provide consulting services to Cadillac Fairview at various locations for their tenant renovations.
