We provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Lighting design for this &28 million renovation and construction project which included complete reworking of the mechanical systems. This facility included a 1,200 seat auditorium and 4 levels of multi-use convention space. The main challenge for this project involved balancing the requirements of the Acoustician, Architect, Owner and limited budget. Our design included the re-use of existing equipment with sound and vibration attenuation, new construction and a coordinated computer control system.
