This project was for the renovation of a 400 seat theatre, and included rebuilding the stage area. Mechanical and electrical systems were completely renovated including HVAC, lighting, stage lighting and fire protection. The basement offices, entrance lobby, and a 2,000 sq.ft. multi-purpose hall were also included in the renovation. Completion: 1997 Architect: Philip Goldsmith Company Architects
