This project, budget at $50 Million, included renovation and expansion to the prestigious McMichael Gallery in Kleinberg. New public spaces included a small lecture theatre, three floors of small climate controlled galleries, work spaces, small library and cafeteria. The main project, designed to 10%, was put on hold but considerable site work and renovation to the on-site building was completed.
