Emmanuel College & Birge Carnegie Library at Victoria University, Toronto

This historical building at Victoria University involved the mechanical and electrical HVAC upgrade including installation of a new ventilation system, replacement of the existing steam system, installation of a new two pipe hydronic heating and cooling system with automatic changeover between the heating and cooling system. Chilled Water was obtained from the district chilled water system of University of Toronto, and a completely new EMCS system for remote monitoring, and energy efficient operation.  Electrical power was upgraded to meet code and serve new air conditioning power requirements.

The M&E Construction Costs for this project were $2 Million.
