Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical and Mechanical design of this facility which included a Master Plan for the entire site and the design of a new 200 bed (Phase 2) and 160 bed (Phase 3) long term care facilities. Appropriate services were provided for the facility within tight budget constraints and within a residential community. Construction Costs: Phase 2-$20 Million; Phase 3-$18 Million.
