Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering consulting services for the City of Oshawa City Hall Revitalization project. This project includes design and renovation of a 9-storey Rundle Tower, the design and renovation of 2 storey building - ‘B' Wing; Demolition of the existing Council Chambers and design and construction of New Council Chambers and exterior precinct. The renovation area is approximately 67,000 sq.ft. The new Council Chambers is around 9,000 sq.ft. The Approximately Construction Budget for this project is $14 Million. Completion Date: June 2010.
