As part of a Joint Venture with NORR Ltd., Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical design services for this resort facility located in El Jadida, on the Moroccan coast. The facility includes a 502 key Hotel, 46,000 square feet in area, a 500 slot/50 table casino, 64,000 square feet in area, including Salon Prive areas, a 5100 square feet Souq including shops, restaurants, a night club, prayer rooms, a 26,000 square feet conference centre, a 15,000 square feet Health Spa, a golf clubhouse, golf maintenance buildings, B.O.H. compound buildings and utility buildings including an electrical substation, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.

Estimated Construction Costs: $250 Million USD.
