Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consulting services for the relocation of TFO to new leased space on the 6^th floor at 21 College Street in downtown Toronto. The project involved the creation new television production facilities (studio, control room, edit suites, CER, etc.) and general office space.  The space is encompasses the entire floor plate of approximately 41,500 sq.ft. of usable area. The project was fast-tracked to achieve a tight schedule.
