Crossey Engineering Ltd. is providing Electrical Engineering Consultant service for the site of approximately 12 acres community centre / pool / fitness centre. This complex includes Leisure Pool, Nautilus Fitness Room, Gymnasium, Kitchen, General Program Rooms, Graft Room, Children's Program Room, Administration, Library, etc. Total net area is about 38,500 sq.ft. The building design will recognize LEED initiatives and will pursue a ‘silver' certification as a minimum.

The estimated hard construction amount for the project including site services, design contingency, and signage, but, excluding GST, escalation and construction contingency is $17.0 M.
