Crossey Engineering is providing electrical and telecommunication consulting services for this 125,000 sq. ft. Community Centre. This Centre consists primarily of the following facilities: Aquatic Facilities (Training and teaching Pool, Therapeutic Pool, Deck and Viewing gallery, Change rooms), Fitness Centre; Gymnasium, General Activity / Multipurpose Rooms; Youth/Adults Areas; and Library. The project is being to achieve LEED Silver.

Estimated Total Construction Value is $55 Million.

Estimated Completion Date is  2012.
