Crossey Engineering is providing the mechanical design services for the Library which will house Centennial Commons, Library Collections, Learning Resources and Services and Administration and Technical functions (47,000 gsf). College Administrative Space (35,000 gsf) and Classroom/Lecture Theatre space (19,000 gsf).

This project is seeking LEED Gold design.  Systems include: Rainwater Harvesting; Energy Recovery; Condensing Boilers; and Friction-Less Chiller.
