Working with the design group Crossey Engineering Ltd. has developed a conceptual design to meet LEED Silver. CEL has lead the energy analysis simulations and incorporated, high efficiency lighting, condensing boilers, in-floor heating and cooling, heat recovery on exhaust air, demand ventilation, day lighting, and an efficient building envelope. Energy simulations show a 45% efficiency beyond the requirements of the National Energy Code.
