Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical design for this project which included normal and emergency power, fire alarm, security and data & communications cabling. The facility includes 3 floors of flexible gallery space, a restaurant and retail shop.  We were also the Coordinating Design Professionals with respect to the "specialty" lighting consultant who was responsible for the lighting design of the gallery and public spaces. Size:  77,000 sq. ft. Overall Budget: $24 Million.
