This is a new 400,000 sq. ft. museum which includes 2 levels of parking, a full permanent 50,000 sq. ft. exhibit, a changing exhibit area, an art gallery, open display areas, theatre, amenities areas, vaults and workshops for artifacts. Facility includes 100,000sq. ft. of office space. Construction Value $90M

Project was designed and built on a Project Management and Construction Management basis. This building was integrated with the CMCC project in Hull, Quebec for Data, Security and Voice Communications Systems.
