Gardiner Museum, Toronto

The Gardiner Museum houses and displays ceramic art.  In 2000, Crossey Engineering was engaged to provide engineering services that resulted in a design to pre-condition outside air that resulted in improved indoor conditions, and provided considerable energy savings.  Crossey Engineering is subsequently providing Mechanical and Electrical services for the museum's expansion.  This work included vertical expansion, a new gallery, public space, kitchen and reception area.  Construction Value:  $11 Million
