York University, Technology Enhanced Learning Centre (TELC)
Crossey Engineering provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for this 340,000 sq. ft. facility. The team established "green" design principles to improve National Energy Codes by 25 ‑ 30%.  The building houses computer enhanced education facilities for various departments including faculty of arts, fine arts, Seneca, faculty of education, and others. The building also houses Seneca's central computer designed with non-interruptible emergency power, redundant cooling with energy recovery.
