Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Electrical Conceptual Design for this multi-use facility in Kiev, Ukraine. The facility included parking, retails, residential apartments, townhouses, condominium, a hotel and three offices towers. Size: 866,000 sq.m. Concept Design was completed in 2007.
