As part of a Joint Venture with NORR Ltd., Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the electrical design services for this resort facility located in El Jadida on the Moroccan coast. This 64,000 sq.ft. facility includes including an electrical substation, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.
