We provided the Electrical consulting engineering services for this 130,000 sq.ft. state of art research tower, vivarium facility at the University of Waterloo School of Medicine.  Phase 1 includes research labs, teaching labs, chemical labs, full video conference capability lecture halls, energy efficient design, and a 7 floor office tower. Electrical Construction Costs:  $3 M - Phase 1. Phase 2 - Not yet designed; $1.6 Million on Phase 3.
