Crossey Engineering Ltd. supplied the complete mechancial and electrical consulting engineering services in joint venture with A. Kalns and Associates for this prestigious project.  Combined mechanical and electrical construction costs were $4,000,000.00 in 1982.  On this project, elbow silencers were developed to solve the tight space restrictions and special noise attenuation requirements of this first class concert hall.
