The project consisted of the renovation and addition to a former High Tech communication facility in Brantford, Ontario. The facility included a 61,000 sq. ft. casino, all amenities, 1.5 MW of emergency backup and redundant power systems and site development.

We provided all the lighting design, life safety, power distribution, infrastructure for data/telecom design and peer review. We were also involved with an expansion to the casino which was completed in 2002.

The project was designed and built on the basis of being fast track and under construction management.

Unique Challenges: Casino remained operational during renovations.

Construction Cost: +$40 Million.

Completion Date: 2002.
