This facility includes underground parking, a first class multi-purpose concert hall for 1,200 patrons (N1), a community recital theatre (PNC 15), and three levels of studio space for visual and performing art studios. The performance spaces were designed and work in accordance with world class acoustical standards. The concert hall ventilation system utilized under-floor air distribution and high level exhaust. The entire facility employs up to date wiring techniques and allows for integration of computer, audio and art facilities. We provided full mechanical, electrical and lighting consulting services for the complex.
