Crossey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for this major renovation to the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Toronto.  This five storey 18,800 sq. ft. building included converting the main floor into a lecture theatre, student lounge, and café. The other floors were for administration/offices.  A new electrical service was provided along with new HVAC systems.  M&E Construction Cost:  $1,000,000.
