Toronto Western Hospital, East Wing

This project involved the electrical and lighting design for this $34 Million new 9-storey east wing to replace the existing wing at Toronto Western Hospital. The design including Master Plan, Design Development, Working Drawings and Contract Administration. The working area includes clinical spaces; labs and offices. Eighteen projects for the redevelopment of the existing facilities including pathology, Diagnostic Image and OR. The electrical value of the project was $10 Million over 5 phases. The size of the project is 150,000 sq.ft. plus extensive renovations to the existing facility.
