Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Lighting design services for this complex which included an 800 seat Performing Arts Theatre designed to meet PNC 15 standards, a 200 seat Studio Theatre designed to PNC 15, 3 art galleries, museums and archives with fully automated lighting control and building operation system and a Gift Shop and Café.  Size: 130,473 sq.ft. Project Value:  $19M.
