Project Description: 250,000 square ft. casino with five levels, 140 gaming tables, five full restaurants and 3300 slot machines.

Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided full electrical engineering, much of the lighting design, full site lighting, site development, renovations and addition to the former Maple Leaf Village, new fire alarm, security infrastructure emergency backup and UPS. We also provided peer review service for the project.

Unique Challenges: Fast Track project designed and built in 210 days.

Construction Cost: $105 Million.
