Crossey Engineering Ltd. is providing the Mechanical and Electrical design services for Corus Entertainment located in the TEDCO Building on the Toronto Waterfront. We are designing 400,000 sq. ft. of tenant fit-up which includes new incoming servicing of 8 MVA of electrical power; new generator facilities of 5 MVA; new UPS facilities of 500 KVA with future expansion; DALI lighting control throughout; development of new chiller plant and associated air handling; 10,000 sq. ft. of TSR, PER, and SER and will be the new home for CILQ FM (Q107), 640 AM and CFNY (102.1) as well as YTV.
