UTS,  NEW RESIDENCE PHASE IV, COMMISSIONING in Scarborough, Ontario. Crossey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design and commissioning services for this project, which was developed by the design team to meet CBIP requirements.  Key components of this design included, good building skin performance, high efficiency boilers, low wattage lighting and heat recovery on exhaust air.  All key mechanical and electrical systems including controls were commissioned.  Architect:  Baird Sampson Neuert / Montgomery & Sisam Architects.  Completion: 2005.
