Hossein's very practical, international experience has given him an in-depth understanding of facilities operations and maintenance. He anticipates mechanical-related issues, often in advance of Crossey Engineering Ltd.'s clients, and provides efficient, cost-effective solutions. Hossein has worked on dozens of heritage buildings, including upgrading the mechanical systems in the West Block in Ottawa and Osgood Hall in Toronto, as well as new and renovated university, healthcare, and library projects. He considers knowledge-sharing an important part of his role at Crossey and dedicates his time to mentoring and providing formal training for his mechanical engineering team. Hossein holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Applied Mechanics, both from the Imperial College of Science and Technology at the University of London in the UK. A Professional Engineer, he has been with Crossey since 1990.
