Dominic has worked successfully with some of Canada's best known design architects to ensure that mechanical systems match their aesthetic visions. At the same time he ensures that systems are reliable, efficient, and sustainable and that budgets and schedules are met, maintaining Crossey Engineering Ltd.'s high performance standards.

Dominic has provided his expertise on a wide variety of projects, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and performing arts facilities. The more specialized the facility, the more challenges to whet his appetite for learning. Dominic is hands-on, spending time equally on the construction site as in the office. This means he understands well the importance of overall continuity throughout a project from beginning to completion. With Dominic on the project, issues are addressed in the design stage rather than during construction when changes are costly and time-consuming.

A Certified Engineering Technologist, Dominic joined Crossey in 1996. He received his education at Seneca College.
