Nao aims for the highest quality possible in all his work. He relentlessly analyzes his electrical engineering team's past projects to identify lessons learned and uncover areas for improvement. He works diligently to meet code compliance without compromising the design intent of Crossey Engineering Ltd.'s architect clients who appreciate his reputation for accuracy and meeting stringent budgets. His approach is to work within a consistent framework that conforms to best practices yet provides the flexibility for creativity.

Since joining Crossey in 1989, Nao has worked on a wide range of projects, including educational and cultural facilities, long-term care residences, and pharmaceutical projects. An Electrical Control Engineering Technologist and holder of a Lighting Certificate from the Illumination Engineering Society, he received his education at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology.
