As CEO of Crossey Engineering Ltd., Wally has led the firm through a significant period of growth and strategic realignment. Wally's leadership philosophy and professional experience mirror Crossey's mission - ensuring that buildings function efficiently, over the short and long terms, while working within clients' budgets, schedules, and aesthetic visions. He is one of Canada's most respected electrical engineers.

Since joining Crossey in 1975, Wally has led major electrical engineering commissions for award-winning projects across Canada and abroad, including Canadian chanceries, museums, hospitals, university buildings, and pharmaceutical facilities.  A recognized pioneer in lighting design in Canada, he is a frequent guest speaker on lighting design to students and design professionals. Under his leadership Consullux Lighting Consultants was established as an affiliate of Crossey and has received numerous awards for creative lighting design.

Wally is a Professional Engineer and a Lighting Certified (LC) Professional. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo.
