Mechanical & Commissioning Engineer/Project Manager: Leed Accredited Professional

Chandra works within the CEL Gruen Group, which specializes in energy simulation and LEED^® Consulting. As a LEED^® Accredited Professional, his aim is always realistic: to assist clients to achieve energy efficient design while reducing operating costs. With his thorough knowledge and understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED^® requirements, he supports the process for BOMA, CBIP, and LEED^® certification on all Crossey Engineering Ltd.'s projects.

Chandra's areas of expertise include energy modeling, stormwater management, and air emissions testing. He has helped numerous hospitals, universities, and private corporations achieve compliance with Ontario's Ministry of the Environment environmental standards. 

A Professional Engineer, Chandra has a degree in Engineering from the University of Ceylon and has been with Crossey since 1994.
