Duane's leadership has been instrumental in the growth of Crossey Engineering Ltd.'s electrical engineering division, which has expanded to offices in Ottawa and Picton. His hands-on approach inspires the electrical teams to strive for quality and accuracy. Duane's unrelenting commitment to fail-proof communications and information tracking has proven to be greatly advantageous on complex projects like Ontario's many recent hospital reconstructions.

Duane's unique experience as a Reserve Army Officer (with a recent seven-month stint in Afghanistan) has provided him with the people skills that keep Crossey's clients satisfied. He is sensitive to architectural issues and works hard to ensure that design is never compromised.

With Crossey since 1987, Duane is also responsible for the firm's overall network operations. Under his leadership, Crossey remains on the cutting-edge of the newest communication technologies and information modeling software, including REVIT. A Certified Engineering Technologist, Duane received his education at Seneca College and the University of Waterloo.
